Football Conditioning begins January 13

Football conditioning will begin Monday, January 13. Those interested in playing football see Coach Small. Conditioning will be held on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Generals finish football season with win over rival Jackson

Tonight was Senior Night in the Backyard as the Robert E. Lee Generals closed out their season against the rival Andrew Jackson Tigers with hopes of a win.

The Generals mixed it up on offense with 3 different quarterbacks taking a snap and a committee of running backs. The standout performance of the game came from Senior Devin Mitchell. Mitchell accounted for 112 yards receiving and four of the five touchdowns. Mitchell also accounted for a fourth-quarter interception that helped lock up the victory for the seniors. The 32-18 win marked the first win in the newly renovated Backyard.

The Generals finish the season with a 3-7 record and hopes of improvement with a solid group of players returning next season. Great job Generals.
